Thanks for your response, I deleted the two MX records for
unfiltered.websiteworld.com  and filtered.websiteworld.com. The email
appears to be routing correctly now, but is it okay to do it with just A
records?

Now I have:

mail.websiteworld.com A Record, MX
filtered.websiteworld.com A Record
unfiltered.websiteworld.com A Record
