I made the registry change (backed it up first of course). Just out of curiosity what is SNDFAXUI.EXE? I searched the knowledge base but could not find any info on it.

If you don't have mail to fax, remove the value for the registry key HKLM\software\ipswitch\imail\global\faxname then restart smtpd32. That should take care of the error message.
