Sorry,  but...duh!  Unless  you've  set  up  an  IIS  host  header and
forwarded     (using    IIS    redirection)    mail.mydomain.com    to
mail.mydomain.com:8383,  anything  you  hit  on  port  80 will stay in
IIS--by  absolute  design.  From your post, it's clear that IWEBMSG is
running on port 8383, and it can't run on more than one port.

If  you're  trying  to  run both web servers on port 80, you'll have a
problem. Though IIS is comparitively generous, allowing you to bind it
to  a  single  IP, IMail will grab any IPs that exist on the system at
service  start.  Search the archives for a post of mine from last year
that gives more notes.
