The url-domain-bl.txt file contains links which are looked for in the body of the email, not within the sender's address. The FROM: line is almost always spoofed, anyway.

why include the www? since pulmanconsulting.com will catch strings with and
w/o the www. but the www domain name match excludes pulmanconsulting.com
