I hit the same problem with IMail Anti-Spam. Trusted IP’s don’t stop mail from being blacklisted, only content filtered…same as the whitelist. My present setup that seems to nail 99% of SPAM is a combination of Declude JunkMail and iMail Antispam, along with an inbound mail rule that checks for certain X-Headers and forces the email to a catchall. I use the weighting system to remove most of the SPAM and the Phrase/URL blacklist of iMail to clean up the rest. Only downside I have found with the iMail Anti-Spam besides the limited scope of the whitelist and trusted ip’s is that when a phrase is removed from the phrase list or a url is removed from the url blacklist, it still gets filtered even after restarting all the services, also for some reason when email gets forwarded from domain to domain, it manages to get filtered, but not forwarded to the catchall. It still ends up in the end-user’s mailbox.

Trusted IPs don't work either. They will put message in header as well. IPSwitch is well aware of the problem, but just wants more and more samples until you decide its not worth your time.
