[IMail Forum] Launching IMail

I have a question slightly off track but hope someone can help. What I want to do is to be able to launch IMail from the desktop so that the To: and the Cc: boxes are already filled in. All that would then be necessary to do is type into the message area. = Has anyone done this or know if it is possible please?
