Yes. The problem is actually with Outlook, not IMail (or Declude).
Specifically, they use MIME in an unusual way, so that the body of the E-mail itself is a MIME segment without any MIME headers (whereas normally an E-mail is set up so that the body of the E-mail contains one or more MIME segments, each with its own MIME headers). The RFCs do allow for this. But, the problem is that Outlook doesn't have any way of identifying where its data starts/ends. So it assumes that any headers or footers are part of the data. It then sees the data, and either tries interpreting it as-is or decides that it is corrupt.
Instead, they need something like "START" and "END" at the beginning/end of the data.
