I'm running Imail version 8.01, and I have a problem. If one of my users logs into Webmail, creates a message and applies an attachment, then sends that message to someone in the outside world, there is an immediate message returned in that user's inbox from "Postmaster", and the subject reads "Undeliverable Mail". The only message inside the return says "undeliverable to <listed recipient>", with no error code or anything. However, a message composed with an attachment to another Imail user on the domain works perfectly.
My first suggestion would be to upgrade to 8.04.
Note that even in 8.04 there is a bug that could be causing this -- E-mails sent from web messaging in IMail v8 that include an attachment with high-bit characters will contain a vulnerability (and therefore blocked by any up-to-date mailserver AV programs).
