Try this:

1.bat
ftp -i -s:C:\2.txt
del c:\ttt\*.*

2.txt
open x.x.x.x
user
pass
cd /home/sites/site2/web/
mput c:\ttt\*.pdf
quit
 
You have to use mput to put multiple files. Also, the
script isn't actually a batch file - you may want to
give it a .txt extension just to avoid confusion.
Inserting a "quit" command at the end of the ftp
script will make it exit back out to the batch file
where you can delete the files in c:\ttt.
