So when SpamCop happens to list D & B again for 30 minutes, how do you
account for the lost report that a user was expecting?

Like Scott said, what you have works for you. More power to you and
congratulations. Just remember though, that is with your scenario. Like the
famous line in the car commercials, "Your mileage may vary."
