Well, never mind. It seems, per the phone support, this can only be done from an executable file (.exe). Doesn't make much sense. Works from the command line just fine.
You might want to try using a .bat file instead, with a line "C:\Perl\bin\perl.exe C:\IMail\IMailSA.pl %1" in it.
I'm guessing that the reason for this is that IMail assumes that the delivery application is a program without any command line options, and that it will only accept what IMail passes as command line options. That's just how their delivery application works, so they probably didn't original envision that someone might want something more complex. IIRC, Windows is a bit picky in the way that command line options are sent to applications that are being started.
