I do not think this is the old bug...A stack connect fail will occur if there is no response from the DNS server you have listed in the SMTP setup of IMail. I have also seen on more than one occasion, if you have multiple DNS servers listed there,you will get this behavior. Try removing all but the most reliable DNS address. We have not been able to duplicate this in the shop so if this does help pleas contact me off list so I can hope fully get the info we need to be able to duplicate this.
