Although less secure you can check the "Ignore source address in security
check" in web messaging under services.

Subject: [IMail Forum] User receiving error 566 when attempting to connect
via aol

Hi

I have a user that uses AOL version 7.0 to connect to our email server. When
he attempts to connect he receives the following message:

566 Response HTTP Version Unsupported

This web page could not be opened with the specified browser HTTP Version.
Please contact the owner of this web page for more information.

If the user types the address in manually he can connect. He can also
connect if he minimizes AOL and uses Internet Explorer to connect. I tried
creating a new favorite for him in AOL but he still gets the same error
message using the new favorite.

Has anyone run into this before? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Rich
