Nope. You misunderstood. It passed the antispam checks. The log says the
email was returned from the antispam checks and delivered to the users
mailbox, but it didn't show up in the mailbox. Delivery status=1

How are you handling Spam? Are you using X-headers and rules? If so look at
the header of the message to see why it was caught and make the adjustments
necessary
