Unless something is wrong with my Imail Services Panel, there is no way to "restart" a service that is currently running. I'm not sure exactly what you are talking about.
If the end user is updating the phrase list within Imail, they should be able to click on the services folder and click a button that "restarts" the service. In my version, you have to Stop the service, then restart it. There is no button that says "start" or "restart" for a service already running. ----- Original Message ----- From: "E.
