There is no reason not to have the restart button, it's an easy addition to
the core programming. The restart command was invented for a reason, let's
utilize it.....and within the existing control panel.

Nothing is Needed but food water and shelter, what does that have to do with
anything though? There are several features that are not needed. For
example, the start stop buttons in the control panel are not needed. Are we
lazy for having them there and not going into the windows control panel and
doing it?
