When a piece of software is a limited version of the full version isn't that called TRIALWARE? The other method is a Full version that expires.

It is freeware.  It has no timebomb built into it.  Here is it's restrictions:

1.    3 IMail server limit (IE: You can only monitor 3 physical IMail servers)
2.    2 week report limit (IE: Reports can only be run for data that occurred in the past 2 weeks, from the current time)

Purchasing will remove these limits.  However we find that a lot of people can do all they desire with this freeware version.
Another nifty thing: all of the data is stored in a MySQL backend.  The installer decides the root password.  Hence, you can have full access to all of the data and do your own queries to it if you desire :)

Andy,

Our company has a freeware version of an IMail log analyzer.  It's called "Logalot for IMail".
You can take a look and download it at http://www.somix.com/products/logalot_imail.php.
