We have verified that the DNS is pointing and resolving correctly. The name
of the domain is www.edavidmeena.com and is suppose to resolve to
66.64.181.4 . If any of you guys want to take a look please feel free.

Is it just this qmail box having issues sending to this domain, or
everyone?
Guessing wildly since you haven't identified the domain in question, are
you certain that the DNS for that domain is set up correctly? It's
possible the qmail server is just trying to connect to the wrong box.
