What kind of FTP server is it? Providing you haven't wiped it yet you may be able to recover the accounts. For example, serv-u stores it's passwords in an INI file, when you upgrade, you just make backup of the old dir and copy the INI file into the new dir and presto! it works. I'm not doing much of anything today so let me know what kind of FTP server it is and I'll do some research for you. Scott
