Had the same issues with the same server. I disabled the cards and put in a 3com 3c905c-tx and works fine now.

Well, I have several Imail servers, but one in particular is really busy, and crashes about twice a day, so I thought I would migrate to a new server. I have a new Dell 1750, with dual 2.4G Zeon cpu's (Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit adapters). Got it up and running this morning at 7:30AM, EST. After migration the machine stops talking on the network after 23-26 minutes. The ONLY evidence I can find is send error 10054 in the smtp logs. I've had to reboot it every half hour since then. Just now, I finally resorted back to the old machine. So, I took a couple thousand upset customers, and now have made them furious. Some things I have done to troubleshoot: http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20030110-DM01.htm http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20030828-DM01.htm Turned off power management Turned off checksum on nic Imail monitor service not running Tried three different switches On the list, I see tons of people talking about different network cards. If someone could tell me one that would work, I guess I would try it, but doesn't it seem kind of silly to buy a new server, and then have to go out and get a different nic for it? Just for giggles I called Ipswitch support, and Michael sent me a canned response email with the registry setting change, and blamed it on my network. The same network that I have a dozen other Imail servers running on, including a few of them on the same switch. There has been so much talk about this on the list, I guess I'm beating a dead horse. Isn't it time Ipswitch get involved and give us a solution?
