Turns out it was a bad stick (or two) of RAM chips. Put in 4 new ones and have been trouble free for two months.

Aprox 25% of all JPG attachments to emails are becoming corrupted when they pass thru the Imail Server. the text of the emails itself always appears fine.
Anyone else encounter this? Is there a patch?
