It kind of looks like an unsuccessfully sent message.  I guess that is why
the uninformed open it.

All my users have realized it is a virus, so far, and no one has tried to
open it.  My mailbox is full of 'what is this' and 'this looks suspicious'
emails that contain an infected attachment.  Trend is updated and there to
save any foolish users.  So far so good.

Of course this is one small company's email not a big email service.
