When we asked him which blocks of Qwest he was blocking at the time, he said, "All of Qwest. Any ISP that supports spam will be blocked." As close as we can figure he blocks everything that is not Dutch or so it seemed in his response to us. Once he blocks you, or someone near you. Good luck at getting unblocked.
