I beg to differ, I think there is reason for comment - it's an educational
comment for me. It helps me understand the complexities of DNS and RFC's a
little better. I'd rather have the information than be ignorant about it
even it is doesn't matter a great deal.

There is no "issue" worth mentioning, there is certainly no "possible
problem".

When a TLD has no glue for NS's under other TLDs, that's just how DNS works.
There is absolutely no reason for ANY comment.
