These IP addresses are Name servers for GTE/Verison.   So, If i were to go in and create A records ns1.mydomain.com 4.2.2.1 ns2.mydomain.com 4.2.2.2 ns3.mydomain.com 4.2.2.3 Then go to my registrar and change my dns nameservers to ns1.mydomain.com ns2.mydoman.com ns3.mydomain.com   Then add those to my nameservers, would it work??    Would what work????    Andy
