i just realize that when i sent file sizes 4MB, the server said in log it is 5MB or more. is there any reason ? my customer have a 5MB mailbox having problem receiving mails 3MB (confirmed by the sender) although all his mailbox is empty (including sent items, deleted etc). any idea why ?
