end-user experience.

Web mail client.

capabilities, and self-administration via Web mail.
. Integration with the Directory server for simplified user management.

dedicated third-party anti-spam and virus software.
. Support for open, industry standards such as IMAP4, POP3, SMTP, SNMP,
LMTP, bi-directional SMS, LDAP, and others.
. Published APIs for extension and customisation of messaging services. The
messaging server must provide extensive security features that help ensure
the integrity of communications through user authentication, session
encryption, and appropriate content filtering to help prevent Spam and
viruses.
The messaging server must have the following features:
. High performance and scalability enable efficient communications.
. Reliability and availability help ensure continuous communication
services.
. Enhanced security features, as well as access policy, user management, and
end-user privacy controls, help ensure the integrity of these communications
