Which utility would that be that deletes old messages?  Could I take a look at it?

There is a setting in Web Messaging that they can set so that anything they delete goes to a trash or deleted folder.  Then if they do it by accident they can get it back.  We encourage this to most users and then I use a utility that someone on this list passed out that deletes old messages after so many days in case someone never empties there deleted messages.

nope, gone.   Unless you have it on backup

That's what I thought. Gee, just because I ALWAYS caution people that deleting mail from Webmail means it's gone for good, doesn't mean they should listen, right?

<sigh>

Thanks,
