As we use IMail v8.05/AV1.1 the umlauts-problem should not cause this problem.

Actually, this is a different case.

What you are experiencing is an issue where outgoing E-mail sent from web 
messaging with an attachment that contains high bit characters in the name 
(such as umlauts) would end up containing a mailserver AV 
vulnerability.  Therefore, it was appropriate that they were getting 
caught.  IMail v8.05 should fix this issue (the E-mails will no longer 
contain a vulnerability).
