We've got a user who hasn't been receiving email from <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED]
All other mail is arriving fine, but this one mail isn't. On
checking the logs, I find that the mail is arriving at the server, but
being reported as NOTIFY=FAILURE:

That is normal. That just means that they want to be notified of failures.
