Whenever we sent mail to this webhosting company, aplus.net and a few others. our Imail 7.x server fail to realise the their primary server is not responding and continue to retry until it exhausted. How do I configure the server to automatic delivery to the backup MX? This is not unique, it happens to a few other domain too. http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=aplus.net
IMail should automatically go to the backup.
What do your IMail SMTP log file entries say (the "SMTP" or "SMTP-" entries)?
