Hello Melissa,

MR> To try and replicate her problem, I tried to attach a 25 mb file from
MR> within webmail and was not able to do so. I am on a T connection and she
MR> uses DSL, so I don't see where connection speed is playing a role in the
MR> inability to attach, though I could be wrong about that. The behaviour I
MR> would see is that I would browse to the attachment and watch the status bar
MR> progress to 100% - then the window would refresh and nothing would be
MR> attached. There would be no corresponding files in the spool/web/temp folder
MR> for the attachment - it is like it just fell off the planet.

I had this same problem and found it to be a file in their user folder
that can't be moved or deleted. I don't recall exactly, but I think
the file had a "~" in it. Try copying her user folder to a different
directory and see if you get a "can't copy file in use" error. I
rebooted the server then went in and deleted the file that couldn't be
copied and then attachments could then be sent.
