Hey Rick,
Per my earlier email, I did try the reg fix for browser recognition (second
article). I assumed it would take care of the entries in the first article
since it was the newer of the two. I have my timeout set to an hour (and
have since I installed Imail)bc. my customers like to go get a cup of coffee
or whatever while they type.
I have perused every article in the KB and posted Ipswitch, to no avail.
Likely will end up losing this customer over the issue, which is a bummer...
