Are you planning on implementing this feature soon regardless if it becomes
the trend?  I would just think this functionality would be good to have
anyways.  Obviously lower priority unless that is the next tactic they use.

We are hoping to implement it, but there are other priorities right now, so it may not be soon (unless, of course, such a virus comes out soon).
