Oh I don't mean to strip out the attachments on all my lists, just a
select few.  

We have some lists that go out to folks out on research ships, and
pulling down a healthy batch of virus definitions is quite expensive via
satellite linkups at sea, so it doesn't get done all that often.  They
usually end up waiting until they're ashore and hooked up to a landline.

So we would like to lock down those lists so that unwanted emails and
attachments (especially malicious ones) don't make their way into the
que and cost big bucks to pull down.
