As Tripp mentioned, this is the message assembly module used by Web
Messaging.
Large outgoing messages, insufficient CPU for your WM volume, and/or a
poor disk I/O subsystem could cause 10 of these to be running
simultaneously. Your usage patterns will determine whether this is
abnormal for your site. It is hard to say there's a problem if
incoming and outgoing mail are otherwise being processed normally.
