The *only* safe choices are "Relay mail for addresses" and "No mail relay". Anything else leaves you wide open.
In your case you want relay for addresses, with 192.168.1.1 entered in the list of hosts to relay for. To allow your users to send mail you can either enter their IP addresses as well, or configure their PCs to use SMTP AUTH.
