If one of the contacts in the list is no longer valid..is being rejected,
that might be enough to stop the rest of the list..worth checking...

The log file snippet shows the E-mail being delivered (there is an rdeliver
line).

Do the Declude log file entries show that the E-mail is being blocked for
some reason?
