I have a mailing list which has an authorized poster list. One individual who is on the authorized poster list has sent messages to the list before. Today he had one returned indicating he was an unauthorized poster. I checked and his e-mail address IS in the Authorized Poster list, but is lower case and in logs it shows upper case...
