Answered my own question. When I put the user id it puts the mail in the correct users mail folder but it creates a mailbox with the user id name and puts the email in there.   How do I get the email to go directly to the users mail mailbox so they can collect it normaly.   Also, I have tried forwarding to the user but for some reason they get the email 5 times.   Keith
