Hi all, We are contemplating a new standard for our users. Something along the lines of add this line to the Subject when ever you send an attachment to another employee. This way we can verify that the email doesn't contain a virus and is legit.
We realize that virus' can send out emails with a previous subject line. What other ways are there of doing this, has anybody ever done anything like this?
