Totally agree. Blocking legitimate email is never good, and can cost customers significantly. Better solutions need to be implemented. We've been very happy with Declude...effectively blocking 99+% of spam and dangerous content, while allowing legitimate and necessary business/customer communications through.
A very good solution for those that are interested. Requires tweaking and maintenance...and it's a never-ending battle just like the security game, but well worth it. I believe that Len blocks all IPs with non-vanity reverse DNS entries -- since your reverse DNS entry contains "comcast.com" in it, you are probably being blocked.
