Actually, I like this item as I gave up long ago keeping count of the
number of times users on the web interface have deleted a message and then
called up to ask if we can "undelete" it.

This could end up wasting alot of diskspace... unless the thresholds are
tight, in which case why bother ? :) I wonder what the mechanism to
recover the deleted messages is if you need too.
