I am asking from a newbie standpoint, but are you having better success with domain names as opposed to specific IP number (or ranges)?
I seem to have much better luck using IP numbers in the blacklist.
My experience is the IP rejects are higher volume, but sender_domain rejects are significant.
The sender_domains can be sent from any IP. Harvest the IPs from the sender_domain rejects for your IP list.
