Always a good idea to backup the program directory and also the imail registry before doing any upgrade.

We installed the 8.1 upgrade and are having problems the quemanager and with IMAP being really slow sometimes.
How do you get rid of 8.1 and go back to 8.05. IMail support said I can't do, but I have heard many people say the downgraded.
