I am getting this error more and more. A message bounces back with an unknown user error and I know the email address is good. If I send an email from outside IMAIL, the message goes through. The message is supposed to forward. Any thoughts?

That is normal. With IMail versions 8.05 and earlier, the bounce messages do not include the reason for the bounce. In the old days, a bounce was almost always due to a user not existing. But now, there are many reasons (you are blacklisted, user over quota, DNS problems, etc.). IMail v8.1 will include the reason for the bounce in the bounce message.
