If  all  you're doing is sending mail to the outside world through the
new  gateway--i.e.  it  will  never  perform  any local deliveries--it
doesn't  need  to  have anything but an SMTP daemon that allows you to
relay  by  AUTH or IP (with any MAIL FROM: you desire). Set up MS SMTP
on your separate box and use it for your bulk mail.
