this user travels and has a sprint PCS cell card so his ip address changes.....also i am not blocking it....i am having it routed to an e-mail address the i check and if there are false postives i forward them but this is not a good solution......
It sounds like you have something seriously misconfigured if an E-mail failing just the SPAMHEADERS test is being blocked (by "blocked" I mean anything that prevents the E-mail from being delivered to the recipient).
Feel free to contact our support@ address or join the Declude JunkMail mailing list for assistance. However, I would not recommend using the IMail Forum for this -- there are some people here that would prefer not to have support questions for third-party addons here.
