I'm having a problem with the delivery rules only partially working. Some addresses are allowed, some are not. The filter is designed to bounce everything that's not explicitly specified. Here's the statement from the log file.

The from address on the sending email is this:
From: "Melanie Higgins" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
