Access to the machine doesn't matter. I was just thinking to FTP the files
from a local test install machine up to the upgraded mail server. No
requirement for physical access or switching things around on the network.

All permissions are set properly otherwise it wouldn't even be able to copy
to the other directory. I did check permissions though and it is all set
properly.

The other machine is just not an option at this time. Good suggestion but
not even a possibility at this time. I am doing remote administration at
this time which means I don't have physical capabilities of switching things
in the network.

I have just never had an issue doing remote administration before with an
install or upgrade. I think there is something more going on here to cause
the catastrophic failure.

I thought is may have been a corupted download but tried again and it is the
same issue.

I am attempting a defrag see what happens then. In the mean time keep the
suggestions coming maybe we will hit on something.
